2/ Check "delete"
3/ Click "Preview"

The file is still there, but in an unstyled input field, without fieldset and without titles.

I can't reproduce this with current CVS HEAD version of filefield (which is going to become 5.x-2.0 *really* soon now), so I think this issue can be closed as "fixed". If I was wrong and you can reproduce it with HEAD, feel free to reopen it.
