Hi All,

When I enable Precision as the default theme, the sweaver adjustments aren't visable anymore.

Things I did:
- clean install drupal
- downloaded precision, sweaver, ctools, panels, panels_everywhere
- enabled the modules
- changed the default template to Precision
- With sweaver I made the text-color red (No front page content has been created yet.)

Now it is visible in the logged in user (sweaver module is included) but not in the anonymous frontend (sweaver is not included)

When I switch back to bartik, sweaver is active for anonymous users as well.

It doesn't matter if I enable panels everywhere or not. Therefor, I figure it must be somehow in the Precision template.
