Need quote for you to do a very small, easy Module

I have a small budget to find someone to help me create a small module using the hook_form_alter that will allow me to pass a variable from a page like this http://www.used-computers-dc.com/fujitsu-e-series-lifebook-p3-850mhz to a Webform page.

I belive that my code should already work to pass the variable, I just need to get it to not clear the hidden variable that I've sent from the previous page -- though I could be wrong, so you might want to just have the module pass the variable - either way.
