We have now a role for using masquerade as an admin, masking the admin into any acount without entering the password.
I think it could be very usefull to add another role, for users that will be able to mask into anyone but they will need to enter the password of the account... usefull for users that are not admins but have many accounts and need to change between them fast.

This is an old ticket. However, if you are going to require a password, then just log in as that user.
