These seem to be broken in 5.x and 4.7.x. I'll take a look at it.

It does not seem like this is necessary as I thought it might be. There really is no need for a user to enter in node/3532 or whatever and have it get the alias. Why not just enter the alias which is easier to remember in the first place. I'm going to remove any path stuff from the module completely.

I'll post two cvs diffs if anybody needs this working.
