I disabled the addressbook module in a fresh install a few days ago.

This is what I get in /user page.

Fatal error: Call to undefined function commerce_addressbook_get_default_profile_id() in C:\AppServ\www\commerce_kickstart\profiles\commerce_kickstart\modules\commerce_kickstart\demo_content\commerce_kickstart_user\commerce_kickstart_user.module on line 27

Okay, let's make sure addressbook is enabled before using it in our custom modules.
