drupal.org (and I suppose Drupal in general) has the excellent service “Recent posts” (”My recent post”-tab) that shows how many new comments there are on subjects that I have started or commented on.

Unfortunately there seams to be a bug in this function. Drupal randomly looses track and shows all comments as new, even though I’ve read some of them. See screenshot.

Confirming this bug. I frequently see this problem. I'd attach a screenshot but the original poster did a good job.

Yes. This looks like a duplicate. The issue seems to have been fixed for the next release.
