style the list of autocomplete in views?

Hi guys, i'm using this awesome module,

in a view whi return a list of places, i have putted some exposed filters (autocomplete) to let choose users some terms and then search places.

But i got an unwanted surprise, the list truncate when the height of the block will end.

There is a way to corret this? I upload an image to explain this strange thing.
