There is no such link. Simply "shipping methods" and no sub-links. It does not have anything similar to what is described in the documentation or various articles I could find. I see a disabled shipping rule that says "Error: Unknown action commerce_shipping_enable_example_plugin." Nothing works like documented.

Actually, that breadcrumb still holds true, there are just a variety of tabs there. Still, the docs do need to be updated for a full 1.0 release.

Ok, I did a quick review, and the only things that really needed changing were that the first page at that breadcrumb is actually the services page now and that there actually is an upgrade path from Commerce Shipping 1.x. Also, with updates in the Commerce Shipping 2.0 release, we won't have any more issues with menu items or default rules not being rebuilt.
