With the following setup and trying to upgrade to Drupal 6.26:

Acquia Prosper 6.x-1.1
Fusion 6.x-1.13
Skinr 6.x-1.6
Ubercart 6.x-2.9

The whole layout, navigation, etc. disappears. Works OK when downgrading again to Drupal 6.25.

Perhaps the problem was related to Ubercart/Drupal and had nothing to do with Fusion/Skinr ....
