It seems the transaction is not moving to completed status after a successful paypal transaction. Until the transaction is changed the user cannot see their downloaded files.

This should only happen when there are no shippable items in the order.

This has been fixed in 4.5 and the upcoming 4.6 release.

this problem still exists in the 4.6.0 module.

the payment status doesn't move to completed when paypal pings the page. i've looked over the code numerous times and i cannot see anything wrong with it.

I looked at the offending site, and after updating to the latest 4.6 ecommerce package everything seems to be working. Marking as fixed.
