Payment for Drupal Commerce requires at least Payment 7.x-1.0-alpha5, but for some reason the testing server checks out alpha4, even though the dependencies were rebuilt after alpha5 came out.

I'm wondering if this is a problem on my end, or if the testing server incorrectly built the dependencies.
