Why no recent releases?

Very strange from rszrama. https://drupalcommerce.org/user-guide/anonymous-carts-and-logged-users points us to this module, but 25 of 30 issues in the queue are still open and seems to have been abandoned. :( Trying to ensure anonymous users cannot even add items to cart is what we're shooting for, and this module may or may not even do that, but still very unfortunate to see something Ryan wrote (which is likely awesome) not being worked on anymore. Commerce Guys has taken off so much, I'm sure it's just a matter of being able to spend the time on such a tiny module...alas...grateful for his many contributions, even if we never hear anything more on this module :)
