Description

Now that FeedBurner PRO feature MyBrand is free, a lot of people will probably want to have configurable feed domains (eg., feeds.yourowndomain.com).

The attached patch creates a settings field to configure your feeds' domain. It uses this new variable wherever feeds.feedburner.com was used before.

This feature has already been added to the 5.x-1.x development version, and I'm trying hard to get an official version out there! This is also a duplicate of http://drupal.org/node/157432
