Can't assign url aliases manually from the node edit page

It's not possible to edit url alias manually from node edit page, pathauto used to reassign the url alias only if i leave that field empty.

vice versa, now if i change the title, the url alias does change too.

In fact it's a great function. But for some people who needs their url aliases not to change (even if they change the title) and who needs to manually edit aliases sometimes, there should be an option like "change url aliases on title change" or "keep url alias up to date"
