I originally created this project mostly because I really enjoyed the theme settings and template functions that Omega provided.
However, in the long run, I have found that its a bad approach:
* Overlapping grid systems
* Overlapping CSS Reset/Tyopgraphy
* Overlapping formalize styles/javascript
Really, they provide different things and take different approaches that overlap all over the place. I've built projects since that use Omega and Twitter Bootstrap in Drupal, and find them to be very mutually exclusive.
Also, if you want to be able to set up grids in the twitter boostrap theme, just use templates! I actually found that, in the long run, this can be really handy, and there are ways to make it work with context anyways. The only thing I miss with Delta is contextually loading javascript and css assets, delta blocks, etc.
If someone wants to take over this project, please do, as I can't justify working on it anymore.
