I encounter the same error message when clicking "Save Rules Link" (on an existing rules link).

What information would you like to have?

What configuration do use? Did you clone the Rules link? Did you maybe accidentally delete the rule component in the rules ui?

This is my configuration.
Please note: the error only appears when clicking Save on the Configure Rules tab, not on the Edit tab.

same behaviour here,
I have brand new installation. As soon as I hit "save rules link", the page goes blank and above mentioned message is logged in report.

very mysterious... It sounds like your condition set isn't available. Did you accidently delete it in the rules ui? Or did you rename or clone your rules link?
