This I suspect is a very minor issue. On previous versions when a new user was registering a prompt appeared in the "Features" block asking an applicant if they wished to register as a recruiter (and vice-versa).

This isn't happening in the latest dev version (2012-Jul-07).

I tried with the older "recruiter-register" module but it doesnt work either.
