Sometimes I want a small field (e.g. 4 lines) to display to end users when entering content. CKeditor overrides the field height setting on Line 134 of /wysiwyg/editors/ckeditor.inc

To respect smaller field sizes, the default min height of ckeditor should be changed from 420 to 100px.

you probably use WYSIWYG module not CKEditor for drupal module.
This tracker is for CKEditor for drupal module
Please try search support on WYSIWYG module tracker.

It's still active. I'm not using WYSIWYG module, just the plain CKEditor module.
