Well I really did it! I hid my user login block from everyone but authenticated users, and then I logged out. Now I'm not only logged out but locked out. Can anyone tell me how to access my adminstration pages again....????
Type /user in the browser
Type /user in the browser followed by your site name to get your login box. Once logged in you can modify your block settings.
example: http://yoursitename/user
Also you can type /admin followed by your site name to directly goto the admin section.

If you haven't enabled cleanURLs then it would be http://yoursitename/index.php?q=user
