Actually the problem is i'm not able to login in my own site which i have created using drupal.even when i'm entering correct username and password i'm not able to login and it's showing me the same login box.
I guess it's database connectivity problem.so i want to change the database.so what i did
was i created a new database granted privileges to that flushed the privileges and then went to settings.php and modified my db_url.but when i entered the url it's showing a blank window.So can anyone tell me the correct procedure to load new database.

If you want to start over
If you want to start over fresh, then you will need to rerun install.php, this will set Drupal up on the new database.
