When comes a update to the current Release of jQuery 1.7.2

The current jQuery_update 7.x-2.2 module making some problems with colorbox/lightbox:
See this issues:
#1358244: Incompatible with jQuery Update - Lightbox does not show any picture
#1676266: Show title and description - Colorbox doesen't works

How can we solve this?

Unfortunately, dev version provides only jQuery 1.7.1 but not 1.7.2 =(

Thank you for your patch, but this is not enough =( You should also replace jquery.js and jquery.min.js by their newer versions to make them accessible offline.

These two files are located at jquery_update/replace/jquery/1.7/ (http://drupalcode.org/project/jquery_update.git/tree/HEAD:/replace/jquer...).

Sadly, I don't think this patch is ever going to get in.

We already have 1.7 & 1.8. We'll be adding 1.9 soon.

We're trying to avoid point release as that's a reasonable amount of work.
