Have solve the problem it's dosen't work with views version 7.x-3.3 but it's work fine with views 7.x-3.x-dev

Same here.

I confirm it works with the dev version of Views but most people may feel less than happy to install a dev version of such an important module.

Marking this as a major bug.

Thank you for this useful module. Unfortunately this bug makes it unuseable. Is it already foreseeable when this bug will be fixed?

Views 7.x-3.5 now shows the "Dashboard Elements" interface. So as long as you have this stable release of Views, you should see the section in your Views UI. Marking as fixed.

I am on dev and Views 7.x-3.5 and the dashboard elements does NOT appear.

To clarify, Dashboard Elements do NOT appear on an existing view that I'm turning into a chart, but they DO appear on a new view.
