Hi
I too get error:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function token_get_values() in C:\wamp\www\myDrupal\modules\pathauto\pathauto.inc on line 271

As suggested I would like to go back to ver. 5.x-1.2 but it is not available for download. Any suggestion?

http://drupal.org/project/pathauto and "view all releases", you can then download the 5.x-1.2 tar from http://ftp.drupal.org/files/projects/pathauto-5.x-1.2.tar.gz
