Merging code from custom module Transcribe

I have build a module quite close to annotate and i want to merge it with the annotate module.

transcribe allows a group of users edit a shared annotation/transcription. When the annotation is locked it becomes visible for other users.

The result of the merge would be that both private and shared annotation forms come available.
