Merging code from custom module Transcribe [#167926]

I have build a module quite close to annotate and i want to merge it with the annotate module.

transcribe allows a group of users edit a shared annotation/transcription. When the annotation is locked it becomes visible for other users.

The result of the merge would be that both private and shared annotation forms come available.

As wisdom comes with age ... this merging is not a good idea.

I guess now this should be another module, or part of a cck node with field access control.
