Currently, in the list view, you can select multiple messages, and delete them. However, messages must be moved into folders individually. It'd be nice if messages could be moved en masse from the list view.

Privatemsg already implements some of these features. Please file a
feature request against the latest DRUPAL-6 version if still relevant.

The patch at #348907: Per thread/Multiple thread actions makes it possible to apply generic actions on multiple threads/messages. This will also be possible with tags (which are the folder replacement of the 6.x version) soon later.
