I called godaddy and they said everything is working just fine on their end and said it my fault but I have not touched the site in 5 days.

can some one help me.

this was so strange it said that the mysql was not there it was an error in line 172 of database.mysql.inc but then out of no where it came back up. Any ideas what when worng?

hopefully it can help.
from a brief look, looks like your mySQL server is disconnected or something.

i'd contact your hosts again, and say you are getting a "MySQL server has gone away query" error. a decent host should help you out.
