Without Views Bonus Archive enabled, you can create a monthly archive view just by using normal views. The simple monthly archive contains the code required to duplicate the View. It pretty much just requires "Posted Month + Year" as an argument with the view.

So the question is, what should we do with the Views Bonus Monthly Archive module? I think we should just delete it and put a note in the readme file somewhere.

I say we should leave it. I'd like to aggregate some other snippets and put them in a views_bonus_snippets.module

This version of Views Bonus Pack is not supported anymore. The issue is closed for this reason.
Please upgrade to a supported version and feel free to reopen the issue on the new version if applicable.
