I run the security update of language icons from 6x2.0 to 6x 2.1 as requested and ran the usual steps to update, backup, set offline, run update-php, reset online and when I go the list "Available Updates", the list says Languages Icon is still 6x2.0 and still requires the security update.... Does anybody
understand why?? I ran cron several times and flush all cashes. But still the same result. I also tried to redownload the 6.1 version to be sure I installed the right one but no success. The list stays on 2.0. Can somebody help me? Thanks a lot!!

It sounds like you still have a copy of Language icons 6.x-2.0 somewhere in your path. Did you check both /modules and /sites/default/modules in addition to /sites/all/modules?
