Adv CSS/JS Agg - Theme Hook status error

When I install AdvAgg, I am receiving the following error in my status page (/admin/reports/status):

Adv CSS/JS Agg - Theme Hook Theme hook is not in the correct place.
On the performance page clear the cache. If this is still an issue open up a bug on the advagg issue queue and be sure to include the "Hook Theme Info" output from the Advanced CSS/JS aggregation settings page. Current preprocess functions given: _rules_action_drupal_goto_handler, template_preprocess, template_preprocess_page, chatroom_preprocess_page, lightbox2_preprocess_page, page_title_preprocess_page, phptemplate_preprocess_page, content_profile_template_preprocess, ctools_preprocess_page, advagg_processor, css_emimage_preprocess_page.

I've cleared the cache and the error still persists. Here is the Hook Theme Info:
