Term Permission not displaying after the field is set to required

Hi All,

I have been facing this issue for the term permission, i have been set the term permission to certain user and certain roles, i work when i want to create new node, but when I want to edit it, it show something error and I realized that the select list for the term (which i gave term permission and using the required status) is missing.

The error, have been attach.
