Once the Payment Status becomes "Completed" it can no longer be changed. This should not be the case, right?

For example, say a customer cancels their order. You can select cancel in workflow, but then I'd like to set refunded for the payment status.

This would require a MAJOR rewrite of the workflow portion of ec. Unless this is sponsored, it probably won't happen.
