Post upgrade - Not supporting with sub domain.

Hi,

I just upgraded this module to 7.x-2.2, and I am running this on sub domain, where '/colorbox' is being automatically added to URL.

example, previously I used a link inside a view as: <a class="colorbox-node" href="/site2/content/abcd?nid=[nid]&title=[title]&width=560&height=530">Click Here</a>

Now, when I click the link, a page opens with an 'Not found' error. And the link looks like: http://domain.com/colorbox/site2/content/abcd

Please help me out to fix this issue, as there is a security update pending on my live site.
