- Added a couple of meta-data functions (continents, countries, us states and names for feature-codes and classes)
- Rewritten parts of the code to speed it up (no more module_invoke_all).

CVS is a bit messed up at the moment, changes have been applied to this branch, that need to be applied to 6.x-1.x-dev
