The 'spaces taxonomy term" relation works only if the group_audience field is attached on taxonomy bundle. Please review this patch.

This should be implemented in the spaces_taxonomy submodule too, please.

This will allow us to list only terms that references to the active taxonomy term space.

Patch in #1 looks clean.
Patch in #2 relies on a constant that may not be there (OG_AUDIENCE_FIELD is used outside of spaces_og)
