Hi all...
I'm in the process of creating a new variation on this theme (I'm calling it Colorado), to include all the bug fixes to date, as well as tabs for the primary links menu. I'm going to include several sets of colors for the tabs and block headers. The new variation/theme will include the 12 regions.
I'd like suggestions and feedback from those others of you who especially like this theme. Please let me know what you like, and what you'd like to be included (additional features, color sets, etc). Your feedback will be very motivating to me, so please participate!
I don't know yet whether this can be included with Siberia as a variation, or whether it will make more sense as a separate theme.
The development site is at: http://drupalado.com
Thanks much to those who worked on the themes this is built on - litejazz and Siberia :- )

Lifeischoice commentedI have been to the test site and it is coming along great.. the only additional feature I would like to see is the display of a search ( at the right corner of primary links) and a date (at the right corner of the secondary links)
Do you have any estimated date for completion? Thanks...
colorado commentedThank you Lifeischoice. I put the search on there. I don't know about including the date in the code of a theme - but it would be very easy to add it as a php snippet in page.tpl.php along with the secondary links when you use the theme.
Best,
Colorado

Lifeischoice commentedThanks...will it still have the option for fixed or fluid?....othewise with the ability to change colors etc, this version will be very popular....Please keep up the good work and let me know if you need a beta tester...
colorado commentedYes fixed or fluid does work in this version :-)
Lifeischoice commentedIs this ready for prime time? if not eta? thanks
Comment #6
colorado commentedIn the next few days (maybe even today if I get to it) I'll upload a .zip of what I have so far so you can begin testing on your own sites.
:-)
Lifeischoice commentedYour site is down...is this intentional or still working on it?
colorado commentedThe site was down a little while I was moving things around - it's back up now :-)
Here is a first version - I'm calling it "Denver" instead of Colorado - please test and let me know if you find any glitches or bugs, etc. Let me know what you think...
http://coloradoweb.com/drupal/themes/denver/denver_v01.zip
I put this theme together utilizing some things from Siberia (i.e. styling), and some from Newsflash (i.e. table-based), and adding some tabs at the top for the primary links. It has all the collapsible regions, and can be fixed or fluid width.
I guess I'll have to find out how to submit/contribute this to drupal as a new theme. I've made too many changes to add it to any existing theme.

sjaakter commentedI just installed Denver a minute ago and I'm very impressed. You did a wonderfull job. I like the color setting. It's very nice.
Kind regards,
Sjaak Terwindt.
sjaakter commentedAfter installing Denver I have found some messages in the errorlog.
Both with the message page not found.
sites/all/themes/denver/content.css
favicon.ico
Kind regards,
Sjaak Terwindt
Comment #11
sjaakter commentedHere is another one. I fixed it. There is no directory blue.
sites/all/themes/denver/images/blue/BottomBG.png
I solved the favicon problem by selecting default favicon in de template settings. I didn't select anything.
Kind regards,
Sjaak Terwindt
Comment #12
sjaakter commentedThe content.css issue is solved by removing a line from template.php where it said in the line content.css. I looked in Jazzlite and found a content.css. It said in the comment /* demo content */. So I removed it from template.php. It seems to work all fine.
Could you have a look if this (and the solutions I mentioned earlier) are correct?
Thanks.
Kind regards,
Sjaak Terwindt.
sjaakter commentedTo be complete - The BottomBG.png thing I solved in blue.css in the css directory.
Kind regards,
Sjaak Terwindt.
Lifeischoice commentedAlso, the border around tinymce (wysiwyg) disappears..
colorado commentedThanks much Sjaak for reporting those errors - I have corrected them in the code.
I am logging all changes as I go on the front page at http://drupalado.com
Next I'll be working on color sets. Any preferences?
colorado commentedThanks Lifeischoice - could you please send me a link to a page demonstrating the tinymce display problem?
sjaakter commentedPerhaps some "green" variations? But I also like the colors now very much. I'm going on a three week holiday. So it will be quiet from here for a while. I can hardly wait to go on working with this theme. Thanks for sharing it.
Kind regards,
Sjaak.
colorado commentedThanks for all the encouragement and praise Sjaak, it is very motivating! Green sounds good - I'll make it nice for you! Have a terrific and safe weekend :-)
colorado commentedSjaak - I just re-read THREE WEEKS - Have a great time I will miss you!
Lifeischoice commentedsee attached for the tinymce issue...
colorado commentedHmm... I can't see anything attached. You can email it if you want. A link to the page is better than an image, as then I can view the html and css and figure out where the problem is more easily. Thanks Lifeischoice!
Lifeischoice commentedI have sent you a pm of the login to my test site...just log in and create a blog or any available content type...you'll see what I mean...thanks for your efforts...
colorado commentedLifeischoice,
I duplkicated all of the settings on your site onto the demo site at drupalado.com, but can't seem to replicate the problem on the demo site.
I did notice that your user tabs are missing in edit mode for all content types - did you by chance modify something in page.tpl.php? In the html rendering on your site I'm seeing this:
which I suspect is messing up the formatting of everything under it on the pages of your site.
Please check/fix that and let me know if that resolves the problem.
colorado commentedSorry, forgot to ad the code tag on my last entry - here's the potentially offending html I found on your site:
<div class="tabs"/>Comment #25
Lifeischoice commentedthanks...I have created another test site with clean install and denver...and works ok with tinymce... thanks for looking into it....
Lifeischoice commentedHi Colorado, are you going to release the v3? looks very nice..
colorado commentedThank you Lifeischoice - denver_v03 is there now :-)
Lifeischoice commentedGreat..I installed it, however, unable to find where to adjust size and colors...any help? Thanks and keep up the good work.
Lifeischoice commentedproblem solved...did not install themesettingsapi...great work...
darkpollo commentedhi. Congratulations, the theme is great.
I dont know how to collapse the modules. Do i need to install something?
Thanks
Comment #31
darkpollo commentedOk, i found the JStools... :)
Thanks for this theme! :D
Comment #32
darkpollo commentedAnother question:
When i change the theme from red to blue i didnt notice any changes on my page.
Can you show me a screenshot of those two options?
Thanks.
colorado commentedYou are right, in the version you are using there is no difference. There are, however, 2 different stylesheets, I just hadn't gotten around to themeing the red version yet.
I'm very soon to release a new version of Denver with lots of new theme settings options - it will be like no other theme you've seen on drupal!
I just got cvs access so will be putting it up as its own theme soon.
Thank you for your interest. Keep watching!
darkpollo commented>>>Thank you for your interest. Keep watching!
Thank you!! I will!! :D
Comment #35
darkpollo commentedYour theme does not work on IE 6.0 but Siberia does.
You can see the screenshot. It seems to dissapear the left and right columns.
thanks.
colorado commentedThanks very much, darkpollo - I hadn't checked it in IE6. I'll get it fixed prior to release!
