Goofy messes up blocks that have no title. It still creates a yellow box on the top of them but it contsains nothing. it should be just a black border.

Why is this bad? IMO, retaining the yellow bar is the correct behavior, as it provides consistency with the rest of the blocks and boxes.

Anonymous: You are correct. Because of the theme's design, it is difficult to do otherwise. We could remove the title bar if we assumed that the links bar is the same color as the block body, but I feel that's a foolish assumption to make... people are likely to modify the images to change the theme's color scheme, so I'd like to avoid mixing image groups.
