link field to node applied to sums

I have a views calc table that adds a column, Expenditure Amount, to show a total amount spent. I have the view set to "Link this field to its node" for the Expenditure Amount field. In the body of the table, this works as expected, but in the footer it results in the page sum and total sum being linked as well, in this case to /node.
