I have installed the UIE forum and have been trying to use the forum, however only I can see the forum unless i give authenticated accounts administrative rights on the forum which of course I don't want to do. I have granted them forum_access but when i try to navigate to that location It doesn't display anything but a number 2 which I am not sure if that has any relevance . I am new to Drupal but have really enjoyed what I have seen over other CMS systems. If anyone knows how to fix this problem I would really appreciate that help, thankx.

Have you given them the permission to access the forum within the edit forum page? Or only in the access control section of the admin? If you go to administer - forums (depending on what version of drupal you are using) a list of created forums comes up, click edit forum next to the forum of choice and scroll down to the access permission section. Click on this and tick the boxes for the relevant category. Example:
i have checked the boxes for
Access for group: 'access forum'
Access for group: 'post new threads/posts'
Access for group: 'administer forum'
You need to make sure these permissions are set in each forum name and the root forum.
Does that make sense?
I am also new to drupal so hope i have explained it right.
