I'm interested in finding solutions to host a website. The main traffic is expected from Europe and Russia.
So far I've seen only company names with servers based in USA and I'm affraid it may affect loading speed of the website.
I'll appreciate any advices and suggestions. Thanks.
(Just please don't offer any russian companies. It's a nightmare there.)

What kind of hosting are you looking for? Are you looking for something like just shared or VPS or dedicated?
Amsterdam and Germany are pretty well connected throughout all of Europe and Asia. Even to the USA eastern Europe works out pretty well now-a-days. Site5 has multiple locations throughout the world, and offer a variety of service types so they may be one to look into.
