User image at Registration Can it be done?

I am setting up a website and I am wondering if it is possible for users to upload their image/logo at the time of registration. I am using drupal 5.2 and can not figure it out. I am sure i have seen this before. User image is enabled in the settings.

I have tried different account settings, such as with and without email verification, with and without admin approval etc,
It can be done after the account is activated but I have a need for this to be part of the registration process.
Is this possible?
