The sub-menus are displayed in secondary menu bar only if a sub-menu is already clicked.
No other way I've found about.
Question: Is possibile to set for display sub-menus in secondary menu bar when I clicked onto his parent main menu?

you can try placing the parent menu as a child menu in the hierarchy, that should work, not the best solution but it should work.
