Limit the Enabled themes?

Hi,

I was wondering if there's a way to use only a selection of enabled themes to be available in the drop-down box?

I'd like to exclude my admin themes and mobile themes when giving end-users available choices.

Don't know if this is possible, or there's a workaround, but thought I'd ask.
