Hi,

FCKeditor (version 5.x-1.3-beta) doesn't work fine (only to be used in a popup window) and not for all text areas.

Just in case you haven't found the solution, see:

I had to add:

print $closure

to the bottom of the file page.tpl.php just before the </body> tag
