Tag Cloud above node View

I have a Content Type called "Resources", which are links to other websites. The nodes are categorized with categories 1 and 6.

I have created a table View that lists all the Resources nodes. I would like to have a tag cloud directly above the table, so that my users could click on a word in the cloud and then the table below would refresh to show only those Resources that are tagged with that term.

Is this possible to do without any PHP coding? i.e. an do this with some combination of existing modules?
