Autocomplete not working with custom theme

Hi,

I am having problem with autocomplete not working with Shopica theme. Solar is working right everything is connected and when Bratik theme is activated everything works just fine.

When i switch to Shopica theme autocomplete is not working. Theme it self is really badly built and my guess is that something in theme (CSS, jQuery?!?!) is breaking autocomplete.

Anyone have idea?
