I got it working for a redirection from taxonomy/term/TERMID to something like myview/TERMID - what I'd love to do instead would be redirecting to myview/TERM.. Is there some sort of triggering this..? Did I miss something..?

I just found this older post about almost the same problem: http://drupal.org/node/107359

I actually also used pathauto already - the only problem is that I'd love to 'forward' to a view-page instead of gettig trapped in the taxonomy-list.. Both use the same URL but the taxonomy page seems to be 'stronger' than the view-page..
..those two urls look like this: pathauto's "category/[cat]" vs. view's "category/%1"

..lost.. - ..and/or puzzled..:]

I don't think this is taxonomy redirect issue, as I'm having the same problem and I don't have this module installed.

Any insight would be fantastic.

This is an old post now but this has been fixed with the addition of the !name variable available for the path.
