Fatal error

I run 4.5.2 with the pushbutton_phptemplate theme. I have the following error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: drupal_set_html_head() in /opt/lampp/htdocs/dpal/modules/fontsize/fontsize.module on line 18

Now, no user can log on anymore. This happened during creation of a book page after many previews 5,6,7 times.

After searching the forums said that this a bug fixed in 4.4

Any suggestion?
