Intelligent 'Tell a friend' module

I am looking for a way that allows users to download a file when they have told 'x' number of friends about a site. The incentive for 'telling a friend' is the file, which can be downloaded for free.
I was looking at the modules below, but they do not have any redirection or downloadable options attached when a user has informed a friend.

Do you use userproints? Maybe this module could be configured to do what you need?

I don't think userpoint is the solution...
I'm not interessted to give points, but to redirect directly to a downloadable file. I see that you can points to a user for inviting a new user, but that is not what I am interessted in. Any other interessting ideas?
Set a threshold
Could you not then enable the download page only for users who had amassed a certain number of points?

It's a good idea
but we are using the userpoint module for the whole site and all products. They would be able to get any product they wanted, just by inviting enough users.

I found this website http://www.freetellafriend.com with a simple code that you can put in any page of your site it give you the ability to share your content by email like user put his email (gmail, yahoo etc...0 and email password then the script will login your email and invite who you choose.
it also provide ability to share to all the major social network and bookmarking site, provide you statistics.
I even tried to put it on just one of my node and that smart script just sent the node link.
My question is is there anyone who can build a modul for it to make it easier to put on the site. for exmple when you use the module you can check option to share content type, term or even user profile etc...even link it to user point
basically a system that allow you to automatically insert that button on a content you choose.
please let me know if someone has done it or when someone do it .
