Hi,

Is Spark being designed with "Mobile first" in mind? I mean, will all (or most of the) features be available through smartphones and tablets?

Yep, we are definitely developing everything with a keen eye to how it works on mobile devices. Examples of this include:

1) The visual affordances (outlines) around the various editable fields are done this way because on tablets and smartphones, there's no "hover" action.
2) The Layout module allows defining breakpoints for various screen sizes so you can set up, e.g. smartphone, tablet, etc. custom layouts.
3) Whenever we do usability testing on these things, we always do it on both a desktop and a tablet/phone to ensure they work in both places.
